Job Overview:

  • You will be working at one of our Customer Service desks and helping Trade Customers who walk-in, call on the phone, and who send requests by email and fax.
  • Answering the phone and assisting the caller when you can, or directing their call to someone else as appropriate.
  • Helping Customers with product selection.
  • Take orders and entering them into the computer.
  • Picking orders that are needed right away.
  • Other duties as requested.
  • Full time, salaried position. Monday to Friday, days only, no on-call.
