POSITION: CUSTOMER SERVICE / COUNTER SALES
Qualifications:
- Customer service oriented, and able to work in a what can at times be a fast-paced environment.
- Trade experience required.
- Knowledge of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and plumbing equipment, accessories, tools, and supplies.
- Able to work as part of a team.
- Pleasant and helpful attitude.
- Honest and reliable.
- Attention to; detail, paperwork, and work-flow processes.
Job Overview:
- You will be working at one of our Customer Service desks and helping Trade Customers who walk-in, call on the phone, and who send requests by email and fax.
- Answering the phone and assisting the caller when you can, or directing their call to someone else as appropriate.
- Helping Customers with product selection.
- Take orders and entering them into the computer.
- Picking orders that are needed right away.
- Other duties as requested.
- Full time, salaried position. Monday to Friday, days only, no on-call.
